Parenting is primarily fear that one day when you ask them to add the magic word to a request, instead of saying please they will say an eldritch, arcane word and the seas will be as blood and the sky will tear and the world will be unmade and all will be naught but gnashing of teeth.

Combining knitting with my aerial embroidery... I knitted a base, which was then attached and sewn over to create a wild meadow 🌱🌼 the first of hopefully a series of landscape experiments using this method! I wanted to create more variety than my usual cotton bases. Zoom in to see the flowers :)
