Chiropractor can help with tmj. I go every 2 weeks for a jaw adjustment. I'm also doing Invisalign and it's been super helpful since the 1st week I started that.

This has been a real struggle for me over the last few months. Playing the game which pharmacy is maybe going to have my meds in stock is very stressful. I am now testing out a mail order pharmacy - so fingers crossed lol.

Good news for me today. My 2nd video game music cover album has finally been approved by the legal licensing team. So, that means it has been officially submitted to stores for publishing globally! I've been waiting months for this, lol. I will ABSOLUTELY be posting when I see it show up in stores.
