I live in northern climes, which means for a good 7 to 8 months i can use my porch as extra refrigeration/freezer space. My favorite is spring and autumn because I can leave my cranberry juice out and it super cools which means I get a cranberry sushi for breakfast, no electricity needed. 😊

I have asthma. I don't use my inhaler very often, if at all. And im not on control meds. It's cyclical. Comes and goes along with my arthritis symptoms. Very weird.

But...when I need it, I need it.

Used it twice today...

I had it about 8 weeks ago so maybe its reducing my symptoms 🤷

Was hoping to get out and go for a walk today but I have zero energy so I'm sitting in front of the open door breathing fresh air, at least. Still sick... so much for the flu shot helping...

Still sick. Been asleep all day. Hoping i feel better tomorrow. This is rubbish!

I had some cheesy chicken rice... just so so tired.

I have reached horizontal-ness... I feel awful. Ugh. Hate being sick. Absolutely hate it.

The controllers were shouting at the truck to stop... it's on recording even. 🤷

After spending 10 days straight with my client during the medical emergency, she shared her respiratory illness with me...so now that im off for 4 days, I'm sick and can't do anything. 🤷
