Taste test: Palestinian vs Greek hummus!
Both are exceedingly delicious!
Greek: darker flavor, more texture & more garlic.
Palestinian: smoother, lighter+more more tahini.
Hard to choose-it’s the variety that I enjoy! I lean a bit towards the Greek as my Sicilian 1/4 craves garlic above most things!
