i feel like the other new hires that started the same day as me can get away with anything but i'm constantly under extra scrutiny and high expectations... i really need more consistency from this position but i'm just constantly being tossed into chaos and told to learn more and more every week...

fuck them! i'd much rather they had put out a post requesting artists willing to volunteer to do it for free than to just not bother engaging with the community at all and using ai as an extra disrespect to them and the environment. hell even a plain colour background with nice font would be better.
