I didn't catch that and will have to try to find it. The man is failing, big time! I've watched family members, lucky enough to be old, "actively die". Sleepy, sickly, etc. He has all of the same characteristics. Except that said family members weren't bat shit crazy!

OK then, what was the action? What has the Trump admin done? What proposals have they made? They have only ever offered “thoughts and prayers” on social media. Nothing else.
