The new VERY hagriographic Michael Jackson biopic starring MJ's nephew is out at the end of the month. But back in 2004 an unauthorised and EQUALLY flattering biopic was made in Canada. Here is a clip and I promise you have NO idea where it's going. I haven't done a single edit here.

Been thinking about Speed Racer all day. What a fucking movie.
This fits in Speed Racer are totally underrated btw
Better Man is the Speed Racer of biopics.
A similar thing happened to me the other day because I said I loved the song Under Pressure. Didn’t hate it, but didn’t understand why it had that many interactions.
Roger Allam as Royalton in Speed Racer is one of cinema’a greatest villains. Love every moment he’s on screen.
I know it’s likely a biased crowd, it was heartwarming to see everyone be 100% bought in to the experience and enjoy the ride.
This movie is so sincere and it makes you want to believe you can achieve anything if you at least have your loved ones by your side, and that’s why I love it.
Crying during the final race of Speed Racer (2008) because yes, we are gonna make it, through the power of art and community.
I lowkey regret not standing up and cheering during that final lap along with the characters. It’s the closest a movie has ever felt like a live sporting event where everything is on the line.
I always forget how fucking good the score is for Speed Racer. The music during the climax is a work of art.
Speed Racer truly is an amazing film. The crowd I saw it with loved it. The Spritle parts aged surprisingly well well by the reaction from everyone. A lady was weeping at the end. A beautiful film.
SPEED RACER IN IMAX TIME BABY
As someone who used to not care about the song, I think Under Pressure might be my favorite song of all time.
These games are absolute dogshit for casuals and you know I’ll be there day one.
Still can’t believe I had the privilege of seeing Yoko Kano and the Seatbelts live last week
I decided to get tickets to see Speed Racer in imax like 40 miles away lol
Just found out that AARP has its own awards for movies called the Movies for Grownup Awards. It’s essentially the Boomer Oscars and all the winners make complete sense given the demographic lol
The closest IMAX showing for Speed Racer is like 40 miles away 😭
Amazing show. There also appeared to be an original animated sequence that they showed near the end of the show during Blue. They had credits at the end and I think it said it was directed by Watanabe. It showed Ein in a shot and you could see Ed’s shadow.
It’s time.
Agreed. I also hate that a single curiosity click will lead to a bombardment of recs when you don’t actually care. It’s how I feel most alt-right bullshit got popularized.
Just finished watching Company Retreat on Amazon. If you liked Jury Duty, I’m sure you’ll like Company Retreat too. Makes me feel like on a small scale, people are just kind to each other, so it makes em feel more hopeful about stuff.
Oh geez yeah I think so. I don’t get nearly as many fucked up recs these days. The type of ads I get could improve thought I suppose.
I’ve been seeing YouTube recommend me vids with like 200 views and I lowkey admire it.
This is the funniest reason for a character in a romance game to be non-romanceable

Pretty sure I saw Samus’ ship in the background during the Mario Galaxy movie. It was when they were about to meet Fox.
There was a guy dressed up as Bowser in my screening. Showed up like 20 mins late too lol
Would def be totally into a Star Fox movie. Kinda hope that’s the plan.
