Logos is especially interesting when you consider that characters are giving unreliable information (and Harpo himself says the info isn't all correct) when we know certain details outside of a character's given bias. It all gives interesting information to work with imo.

Logos uses the Ultimania as Koji has noted, that information is all relevant, the difference is that Logos is specifically written from a character lens, while Ultimania was written from an author's lens. I find them both useful, especially since the Ultimania does align with the JP script.

What kills me even further is SH1 had nurses too, and they were not James' sexualized nurse monsters and they all had faces, they gave an entirely different feeling. The stark contrast between the monsters of SH1 and SH2 expressed a LOT about the lens that the monsters manifested through.
