Spoiler-free thoughts: Very cute and still a bit unbelievable this is in my home park. The interactive element is the weakest bit. It works well enough, but doesn’t add much. Hope they keep it maintained.

Jayih’a has several sisters. He doesn’t have much of a relationship with them, due to him leaving his tribe per Seeker custom. …and, yanno, then he got stuck in Garlemald for years.
But he’s recently reconnected with his eldest sister, and they’re pretty close. She updates the rest of the family.
Stephen has a bit of a chip on his shoulder when it comes to Thancred, due to a very early ARR comment. I can’t remember the exact line, but he just COULDN’T do some menial task because he was just a poor, fragile bard and made Stephen, a bard, do it instead.
Stevie is still salty years later.
…I always forget my mom follows my IG account until she likes something I’ve posted that may or may not be cringy.
Well, at least I already took her to see my current fixation, so she at least gets the jokes, I guess?

So, I saw Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die a week before seeing Project Hail Mary. Major mood whiplash. But also couldn’t help but picture Grace getting voluntold into a much, much worse/scarier “save the world” situation…
My children’s librarian brain kicked in and immediately recognized the publisher from the “6 TITLES” tag. (It’s ABDO. ❤️ them!)
And, yes, these kinds of books books are awesome.

13) Feral by Tony Fleecs (Pet City arc)
I have a love/hate thing with Feral. I dislike most of the characters and feel it gets too bleak, but I wanna know how it turns out.
Not huge on this arc. Saw the early twist coming and nearly gave up. We’ll see where the next arc goes, but I’m already iffy.
12) The Super Mario Galaxy Movie
It’s fine? Definitely felt like they had a list of things they wanted to reference and built a thin story around it. Wish the poster they dropped recently hadn’t spoiled a big surprise. But it was cute enough.
Not worth bumping my boi Rocky from IMAX screens, tho.

I’m sure there’s licensing stuff that may have prevented it, but, man, I still kinda wish the drive-in Husbando and I haunt would have had their double feature with Project Hail Mary be Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die. Would have been a really neat contrast.
