Ok, yes, Louis got in my heart a tiny bit with the finale. Claudia…also really well done. This show is amazing. It’s been greenlit for another season, hasn’t it?

Makes sense, there are a lot of actors in LA…at least a few are bound to be nefarious. Who are they thinking? Gary Oldman? He seems suspicious. 😒

They’ll also be taught that after doing that, we still elected him President again, so…yeah. I wouldn’t read anything into it, clearly the American people as a whole need to experience authoritarianism and oligarchy before they realize how bad it is.

I was surprised that I like him better than Tom Cruise’s Lestat. Could be that he’s a much more fleshed out character. Still love the cinematic IWTV though, despite it only being a fraction of what this show entails. I hate Louis in both though 😂 I think that means he’s being written well.

Gah, this show…so good. It had me in tears when Louis found Lestat and he was broken. Lestat is too good for Louis. He’s probably my favorite vampire. Gary Oldman’s Dracula, though…it’s a tough call.

This Neil Gaiman stuff is a punch to the gut. Like Cosby-level stuff (worse if you read the descriptions of the allegations…jayzus…).

Have you seen “Wolf” with Jack Nicholson? It’s a bit of a slow burn but it has some good scenes and lines in it.

34 current felonies you mean. He hasn’t even been sentenced yet. He is actively a felon. We basically elected someone who is actively in the process of being sentenced for his crimes. In. Fu**ing. Sane.

Needs to be shared. This is an example of what we are facing for at least the next four years, probably longer.

Setting aside Trump being loathsome, my issue isn’t even with Trump being a convicted felon. It’s him being a felon who hasn’t served his sentence yet. I’m all for felons getting their rights back once penance is served but this is like electing someone who is already *in* prison. It’s insane.

It was and then everyone who secretly was okay with it looked around and went “Oh it’s okay to be alright with it? Well, if all the politicians and Fox News are okay with it, time to embrace it!” It was the last straw for me, I completely cut off my MAGA-supporting friends and family.

Can we just accept bald/balding people as a society? It happens to like 33% of men? The science suggests it has to do with higher testosterone in a lot of cases. So it’s literally a sign of “manliness” or whatever. I dunno. I have luscious locks still but I feel for my smooth-scalped fellow Man.

Finally getting around to #WheelofTime Season 2, and much like the first season, what the show lacks in technical accuracy, it makes up for in spiritual accuracy. It captures the intent of the story. Some decisions still baffle me, like giving Perrin a wife to fridge, but overall, I like it.

Are others trying to charge you to put your book on their recommended list?
