It is worth noting that in the separation referendum court case in Alberta that recently resulted in a temporary injunction, an Elections Alberta lawyer testified that that the Alberta Prosperity Project had not disclosed who was funding it. Why not?

I Iearned there have been at least three complaints to the Law Society of Alberta against Megan Hankewich

There have been at least two requests to Justice Minister Mickey Amery for a criminal investigation of EPS Chief Warren Driechel and chief legal counsel Megan Hankewich for obstruction of justice, intimidation of a justice official, extortion and conspiracy. 2

Fraser called the actions of the EPS “reprehensible” and made it clear that he also felt threatened and that the police may have crossed the line into criminality. “The veiled threat that they may release more information about this matter if they are not happy about the sentence I impose comes dangerously close, and may actually cross the line, into an attempt to wilfully obstruct, pervert, or defeat the course of justice in a judicial proceeding,” Fraser said in his ruling.

A judge in this case said Edmonton Police may have crossed the line into criminality by attempting to bully him and the prosecutor on a plea deal. 1
