What is your go-to breakfast food? My morning routine is a bit long at 40 min and I'm looking to find a good one before I leave for work every morning.

One thing that has been my main focus lately is the feeling of being safe and cared for. After starting my journey I have felt a lot less anxious and depressed, little bits here and there, but significant reduction. Now I feel the desire to just breath and feel safe and happy.
