Releases were not consistent either when they were targeting Wednesday. If they moved back to the old schedule, this Preview would have now been released on Thursday. That's not better.

They added an option to disable it for blocks in the latest Preview. I wonder why entities were not included.

@cornerhard.bsky.social Does the Bedrock Dedicated Server software have an autosave feature? For example, if I played on a server for an hour and the server crashed, would I lose all progress made in that hour?

I found that the lingering_potion.render_controllers.json file was causing the crash, but there's another problem now: Attacking certain mobs crashes the game.

I don't have a complete list, but slimes, pigs, cats, and llamas are some of the affected mobs.

In the latest preview on Windows, loading any world with the Java Aspects pack enabled crashes the game.
