WHY2025 Badge Case by Dynom | Download free STL model | Printables.com Download 3D printable STL models

So I've published my model now as well. I'm a perfectionist .., however 3D printers need time to print and people need time to pack, so here goes: www.printables.com/model/137231...

Please read the information, but I think it's come out pretty well.

Like many recently, I have joined the Omnifixo owner's club. Together with this case from @commar.bsky.social, it's the perfect all-in-one travel solution!

New LED polyhedron build is underway. It's a dihedral hexacontahedron with 60 kite-shaped sides. My PCB polyhedron builds are getting better. These 3D printed tile covers use a translucent PETG designed for lithophanes plus a larger air gap than the last build for much smoother diffusion.

Got a case designed and printed for my open source #spotify car thing powered by the #ESP32. The knob on the side controls volume and the buttons on top do playback! Now I just need to figure out how to decorate it! I'd love to hear any ideas if you have them!! #arduino #electronics #music

I have several potato cameras

that too

I have about 25% of that and my main theory is that we're shown during the onboarding process that's supposed to help people see some content on their feed. Sadly hackadayio feels a bit dead when it's not running a contest.

I've treated myself to a Raspberry Pi Pico advent calendar this year. Day 1 was basic setup, but today I made an LED blink. Witness my power!

Assembling magnetic mounts for LED panels. Each mount is about 10 cm wide by 3 cm high, and has six magnets anchored to them in a 3 by 2 arrangement. The magnets have M4 threads on them anchored by locking hex nuts.

At the upper left is the remnant from an earlier attempt of threading the magnets directly into the holders. Trying to tap the threads accurately proved to be problematic.

Working on a large LED scoreboard. These are magnetic mounts for the panels that fit into T-slot extruded aluminum rails.

a shot of the circuit graver at the Supercon8 soldering table in the alley behind LACM. when not giving or attending talks, I spent a good deal of time carving PCBs for attendees, it was great fun!

Finally doing something with the populated LED hexagons I've ordered almost two years ago. 3D printed a frame to hold the PCBs and also as a dark diffusor.
