Tom & Jerry is such a classic! I haven’t watched it in a while but Peppa is on my tv every morning on the weekends when my stepdaughters are over! Maybe I’ll switch it up on them and try Tom & Jerry to see what they think! 😊
I completely agree! There’s something so comforting about watching our childhood shows! I believe our brains and bodies remember how it felt watching them as a kid, and watching them now brings back the same feelings of safety and relieves stress of adult responsibilities!
That is awful, I completely understand and agree that it can be disturbing and stressful! All we ever want to do is help others:( That is why boundaries and self-worth are so important!!

but when the cost of living is nearing $2000+/month, that $3 coffee a few times a week can cause us more issues than we realize! You never know when you might need that money, car troubles come up, we might have to stay home sick from work, anything can happen!
Thank you very much, Avanish! I wanted to highlight financial discipline particularly because of the financial stress that a lot of university students, but also just people in general, are facing and dealing with daily. It is easy for us to think a $3 coffee is no big deal
I have fallen victim to "treating myself", and then kicking myself in the behind when bills rolled around, enough times to know that the only way to stop myself is with a reality check before I even look at a price tag! I'm happy to share! :)

I agree, I also find that outgrowing people sometimes just means your lives got busier in different ways, and that is why I value friendships that don't require constant, or even frequent, communication! My favourite friendships are the ones that can go months without contact, but still have the>1/2

Great points Avanish! I agree completely with focusing on personal growth and learning to love yourself first! I went through a similar process for years, but it wasn’t until I had given up on searching for someone else to validate me and focused on self-validation and truly embraced being single
Now that I have found a convenient and effective way to plan out my days, I find that I do not procrastinate as much as I once did!
