In my constituency we struggled with a similar trust in 2017: Bright Tribe - the story was exposed via a Panorama expose. Such lack of transparency around leadership appointments in MATS and salaries thereof makes MATS open to suspicion. White paper is concerning.

which when coupled with lower stocking rates around the world, thus keeping meat prices high, having a legumey main meal twice a week will be a no-brainer. Meat will and can still be on the menu but we need to diversify our proteins. That’s my take, anyway.

I reckon that people need to become more familiar with beans and pulses dishes - they are still quite alien to many folk. But that can change. I predict a renaissance in fibre appreciation, (improved mood and metabolism) 1/2
