The only thing I would note is that a DMCA needs some personal info from you that is shared with the other party, so I do not DMCA sites that have a history of not honoring them or being retaliatory; I also have a PO box that I use for the address.

As Isobel said you absolutely can send one without a registered trademark, the act of creating the art automatically gives you copyright protection. A lot of sites have a built in form for the DMCA or a legal email to send it to.

Sorry for the sadsack posting, I get notified about art theft a lot and this one just hit weird. It does not help that many many people are still liking the post even though it's obviously a manip. Fandom youths, you can do better. I'm tired of filling out DMCAs.

I understand the urge to stop drawing when people steal your art. If you keep it in your head no one can take it from you.

Same boat! I'd love to be someone who stands up for this content and keeps pushing the envelope until the bitter end but I don't have the luxury of having a mainstream job in the household and I need to pay for my rent and health insurance 🤧 Every day feels closer to total demonetization of nsfw.

I don't currently have a way to ship it, I relied on some people to help with my previous shop setup but it's not currently an option for me, so I basically have to set it all up again :( I would really like to though, I laid it all out for print just in case I can get something working 👍
