This weeks WIP Wednesday is basically just West’s nearly finished corset. Got a little more to do on it and she’ll be done.

Spent a TON of time working on this cups, and their liner/support side to make sure they were structurally sound. Very very pleased how they’ve come out so far. The bodysuit pattern didn’t include individual cups so had to carefully add them in and remove the original.

Not me thinking I’m kinda ahead of where I expected to be with West and Julietta and remembering it’s because I’m reusing a small handful of parts(West’s hoop) and I haven’t done any rhinestone work yet. 💀

Apparently I’ve been bad about updating the thread. 🤪 But also been jumping back and forth between this and West. Headpiece is alllllll done. Sleeves are like 90%? Neck piece is also about 90% done. Need to figure out what fills the little white designs on it.

I love these two. They always love sharing an egg. Their brother does not like eggs so he does not partake in egg time.

Did the second pattern from them and it went better. The first section was bumpy but we have a shirt now. The pants on the other hand was a struggle across the board and are unfinished. I still don’t think I’ll go to them again for a pattern unless I have no other options.

Switched to the other pattern I got from them and just… on step 3 and being asked for a pattern piece that I guess had its name switched??? Cause that piece doesn’t exist. I just wanted to like these and so many people do. Why can’t you put the pattern piece number with the name in the instructions.

I usually consider myself smart and good at following patterns. This pants pattern from ⚫️🐌 is making me feel like an idiot.

I think we need to celebrate the death of Sora a bit more. This is a technology that, just MONTHS AGO, we were being told was going to literally destroy Hollywood and Disney was going to give them a BILLION DOLLARS and NONE OF THAT EVEN REMOTELY HAPPENED

Where I went to PT for my leg sends update questionnaires every once in awhile. Kinda had to laugh that several questions I think most people would struggle with, injured or not. I don’t think most people could run 10 miles and not struggle. 💀

I forgot how ungraciously heavy Carrot Dress is in her travel bag. Trying to take it out the door I about face planted on the back deck because Toffee came running the bag yanked me down.

Took the old cage and laid it on the wig, pinned in the spots I liked how it’d looked and built it around there. Had to lose the top set of the pattern and it’s all anchored to the crown thing. Plus doing a flat line at the edge to help keep it from collapsing.

Alright. Got that fixed. Probably won’t get as many columns as I originally planned but oh well.
