Rep Grijalva paid a surprise visit to an ICE facility where migrants were stuffed into holding cells ‘like sardines.’ People are being detained in disgusting conditions- no showers / limited number of toilets, extremely overcrowded. These are private facilities- the profit margins are huge. Shame
