I really miss the safety net of safe access to healthcare, we shouldn't have to avoid it like the plague, this is madness.
I am so angry the we are being denied safe access to healthcare, it is barbaric, that our risk assessment measure it safer to chance it rather seek medical attention for various ailments. This damn pandemic will be the death of us, even if we manage to never catch Covid.
I forever want to be able to look my kids in the eyes and tell them we did everything in our power to protect them.
If we go down, we’ll go down fighting, life is too precious to throw away.
Raising our kids into healthy adults, when the rest of society has given up is the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but I’ve never been more committed to any goal.

Even if a sterilising vaccine was available tomorrow I fear that far too much damage is already baked in to ever turn this around, the best we can hope is prolonging the inevitable.
Of the scores of folks I work closely with there are only a handful who have shown no sign of cognitive decline, but I strongly suspect they are just good at hiding it.
