They're a pair of pigeons. I banged on the gutters with a broom and they flew off. They came back a couple of times, but I scared them off again. I don't think they've returned yet.
Two birds have moved into the under-hang of my roof and started making a bunch of noise this morning. They are pretty loud. They sound like a washing machine.
Should I get rid of them? Maybe they'll get rid of my hornet problem when it gets warmer. Birds eat bees, don't they?
About a month ago, I went to visit an abandoned hotel in a resort town in central Japan. The town was still suffering from earthquake damage from two years ago.
