These posts have just been away for me to express how I currently feel and the way to let those who care about me know what’s going on indirectly just so they’re not lingering in my head and trying to drag me down more. Do anyone else who has depression and is fighting? I’m right there with you.
Right now, I’m just laying in bed with my cats curled up close to me not really doing much right now cause I’ve done chores. I’ve done what I was supposed to do today but there’s been nothing good about this Friday. I can only hope tomorrow will be kinder. To anybody that’s read this don’t worry.
I love my friends and I love my family and I love those were so close to me that I do anything for maybe that’s why I don’t talk about this. Maybe it’s why I just stay away from everyone when the depression gets so bad because I don’t want them to worry, and I don’t want to ruin their day.
I had to just get this out somehow just to get it off my chest. Depression is the worst demon imaginable. It’s the one thing you can’t get rid of and it will always come back. The only thing you can do is to just keep moving forward even when you feel too heavy to move.
I don’t want to burden anybody because that’s what I feel like whenever I talk to friends and those close to me when I feel like I feel like I’m nothing but a burden. They’ve got their own things happening, and I don’t want to cause their day to be ruined
I hate that my depression makes me just curl in word and not want to say anything to anyone because I feel like I’ll just be a burden. I hate that one of the biggest triggers is a family member and each time it happens I feel worthless that nothing I do will ever be good enough.
