Yeah it definitely has that era to it. Vanquish, Lost Planet, even a drop of Dead Space.
It's nice though. Almost feels like an alternative universe kinda game where a different path of mainstream-ness was taken.

Pragmata is just a very good single player action game. I'm not really sure I want it to be a franchise like some news outlets are saying, but man - I hope Capcom does more new IPs/non-sequel games.

The Metal Slug Anthology they did ages back kinda sucked. Like it was "fine" but it had some weird minor issues and some serious major ones.
The ACA ones are pretty solid.
I'd love a collection along the lines of Atari 50: Anniversary Celebration where it's a LOT more than just the games.

I have never got the appeal of that game...
They mention pixel art on the site and missed 3D out, so I'm at least hoping for something that uses sprites but also... like, I just can't even dare to dream that a new game will be any good.
If past versions of NeoGeo related things (NeoGeo Gold, the mini arcades etc) weren't terrible I'd be more tempted, but, well: those things were terrible.
I love Metal Slug. Like REALLY love it.
But, man, I just know whatever comes of this just isn't going to be good...

Back on the Cube, when asked where I was going on the train I didn't get I was naming my town and in a state of confusion I just answered England.
So, now my town/island is always named England because I found it funny.
