Not all of the tariffs were ruled illegal - only the IEEPA tariffs. Others remain in place, and are 'legal'. In our shipments (thru Fedex) the larger part of what we paid were IEEPA, but there remains the smaller part that were not. Refunds, from Fedex, will be for the IEEPA tariffs only.

True! And the writing of the recipe, while MAKING the thing can be really helpful - it's how I found out Mom's chocolate chip cookies used shortening, not margarine, not butter. After years of making them wrong, and never turning out correctly!
