I have been around a LOOONG time,my ex-husband was in both Desert Shield and Desert Storm, a good friend was in Kosovo, and I never heard it. Is it a niche Marines term, perhaps? They were army and air force, so it may not have crossed over to those.

People just want to work a 36-40hr/wk job that pays all the bills & permits a few luxuries like a vacation, & our tax dollars to assist the systems that are preventing that (child care, health care, etc) rather than an unaccountable, corpulent, insatiable military/slush fund budget,etc.
