From TrueAchievements solution. It is believed you can kill them and still get it if you helped them first, but not confirmed.

There is NG+, but it would take a while to get this trophy since you have to get pretty deep in the game to clear them all.

My daughter messed up my Claire Obscur platinum run. She picked up a controller and talked to a Nevron I just helped and chose attack (cause it was a dialog option and she was just clicking).

How hard is that trophy? Could I do a second run on easy to grab it or something?
