Robots 2005 begs a lot

We are unfortunately obliged to engage in the politics of survival, and I have to spend time thinking about some of the literal worst people in the world on a regular basis.
I think it’s a sign that all is well, when we have brain space to yell at eachother about which markers are good or whatever

No, I really do actually enjoy pointless arguments, I think they’re a lot of fun. I’d much much rather yell at eachother about inconsequential matters of opinion (it’s a funny bonding exercise and nobody gets hurt in any meaningful way) than about deadly serious issues with enormous human stakes

Arguing about meaningless opinions is life affirming
