The past weeks have been arduous but I'm back on psych meds and attempting to take photos again. This isn't perfect but I did enjoy myself - trying to shoot off my non dominant eye is a bit of a mess, but I'm making it work.

So the meds seem to be working out pretty good so far - I'm pretty relieved!

And yes, I know I can still technically read them, I just want to be able to have them on my actual libraries elsewhere when I eventually do get an e-reader. Some I may re-purchase, but for all that would be pretty costly. For stuff I really enjoyed I'll just get hard copies at that point.

Realizing I forgot the deadline to download my Kindle books to a different format nooooooo 😭 I'm NOT going to ever buy a Kindle again. What a tragedy.

Very lucky that my fiance also has been so supportive in helping with the dietary changes and also is down to help cook ( and is really excellent at it ) because food is way less boring compared to my capability levels.

One health thing I *do* want to share - in July my triglycerides were 244 and I'm happy to report they are now 68! I've been working hard at trying to make not necessarily the best choices, but eating consistently and within what my body doesn't react to, which made the rest easier.

That being said I'm perfectly content to use this one until it's totally unusable if there is a larger issue - I've gotten over ten years out of it and I'm hoping for many more tentatively!

I need to actually see if it's possible to figure out what's up with my camera body or if the issues I was having was just a one off. I'm hoping it might just be something simple / easy. I'm only planning on shooting for myself atm and can't afford a new camera body of the quality I'd want 🤷🏻

Took a few photos the other day for the first time in a long while just for the fun of it. I used my left eye which felt weird and awkward, but it was nice to take photos again - Noodle did not care that I was fumbling through it. He was a sleepy little subject.
