They show that CTCL tumor cells are spatially associated with B cells, forming tertiary lymphoid structure-like aggregates and validated the enrichment of B cells and its association with disease progression across three independent patient cohorts.

The HDR approach dramatically improves accuracy in PD-L1 evaluation and enables 3D spatial analysis of tumor tissues—a step towards more precise pathology! www.nature.com/articles/s41...
PDL1 is generally very weak and heterogeneous, making it difficult to image (given its importance clinically). Huang et al. optimized a high-dynamic-range (HDR) imaging method for immunofluorescence to assess PD-L1 expression. 🧪
Would love to join as well.
Great work by Qiu et al.—Spateo builds detailed 3D models of mouse embryos, capturing spatial dynamics and cell interactions. They use morphometric vector fields to reveal the molecular drivers of asymmetric heart development. 🧪
Let’s create a community for #spatialbiology - Let’s add to this list.
