The slogan in their 1st full album is literally “only i can define myself” and I find it a bit ironic to see the fandom saying that what the aespa team label as “aespa core” is wrong.? Because I feel the team and the members themselves know more as they are literally aespa

aespa is not just about the visuals. aespa core is an aesthetic LABELLED by the public. They’re lore isn’t just “fighting the black mamba” it’s about identity and actual real life situations the members go through (and I don’t mean going to Kwangya)

When it comes to “having an aesthetic” you’re expected to follow exactly “that aesthetic” otherwise it’s not “that aesthetic”. While it’s true for the most part as aesthetics are more of a visual thing…

What most people get wrong about aespa is that they want them to conform to what “aespa core” the public expect it to be which are the aesthetics of Savage era you see all over Pinterest

I hope we get more mini games because free realms had a load of really fun ones that were a mixture that mmos and non-mmos had

If we compare #palia (the closest modern free realms methinks) it's more polished which corresponds to modern technology/mainstream flat graphic design but it still has that gradient look which is what makes it more livelier as it adds more to the empty spaces.
