Your math is correct! How’s the beer math? How may beer per goal?

Deep cuts #nowspinning - Sea Level was a side project for some of the Allman Brothers Band members in the mid-70s. Missing Duane or Dickie’s solos but leaning more into horns and funk rhythms. It’s a fun listen for a drab Sunday morning. #sundayspinning #vinylsky

100% agreed. Annoyed that it gets airtime on Sports networks while other great sports (I’m a rugby guy) get next to no coverage.

Shouldn’t be that big in NB but my dream is following the highway (and using the median) so shouldn’t be at all. Again, this is fairly pie in the sky.

5 days ago 2 0 1 0

Well my dream is proposing all new track from SJ to Riviere-du-Loup which is ~500km. I think the biggest barrier to that is cost because it would be insanely high per capita.

My dream is for some brilliant engineering school (if we had one around here) that could transform the wide median between the 4 lanes of the TCH into high speed rail cheaply. I did say it was a dream...

However, IMO political centrism also includes social issues. So, for example, given the choice between two neoliberal parties, I’m going to choose to vote the party that aligns closer to my values socially (pro-choice, pro-trans right to exist). 2/2

I criticized you the other day for using the term broad term centrism when you meant economic centrism. This corrects that, so thank you and I agree with your premise here. 1/2

I’m not losing my shit but in no way was it a meaningless game. You wouldn’t rather be at home if the series goes 7?

This…isn’t what centrism is.

70’s rock was the best rock and that’s
not debatable;) Also, KiSS sucks ass

KISS sucks ass.

A lot…but, if I’m being honest, probably 75% of it is footage Pierre Houde’s call of the goal. He’s peerless. Ma parole!

Saturday spinning the epitome of 70’s blue-eyed soul, Van Morrison’s 1971 album Tupelo Honey. Tons of good tracks but the title track is one of his best and worth the price of the album ($5 lol) on its own. #nowspinning #vinylsky

Can’t be…

I thought we got lucky on that one. Partially because it was a sales job by Gally and refs don’t go for those much anymore 😂

Refs don’t usually fall for that anymore!

Great job @brentstaeben.bsky.social, solid, wide ranging lineup. Tons of big names, tons of new names. And great song choice - Our House, our festival. Can’t wait to see that one live!

Thanks for watching so I didn't have to. I watched your recap and read 1 CBC article. His comments about having mutual respect and not criticizing the PM on foreign soil are commendable. I don't think it signals any big change but IMO it does clear a bar for him...because that bar was on the floor.

They called it roughing so don’t think it was on the hit(and certainly shouldn’t have been the call). Had to be something in the scrum but weird it was only him.

McDavid is the only comp for this really. And if this happened to McDavid it would be even bigger as all of Canada would be up in arms. And if the Oilers players didn’t stand up for him they would be roasted worse than the Leafs players are now. In my opinion…

I’m saying at the very least they would want to do a sign and trade rather than just let him walk. Team has control.

Gotta get there first 😏

But he hasn't done enough to warrant a high price. So wouldn't you resign him on a good deal (he's RFA so the team has some control) and then use it is a trade asset? Even if you don't see him having a future with the team it wouldn't be wise just to let him go.
