The meal we just had… oh my god. Shrimp, chicken, steak, and more… how do these people survive eating like this? Apparently this is normal here.

We are on our 6th airport and 4th flight of this trip. It is definitely up there in our top 5 trips.

We hiked for 6.5km through the jungle today, walked on the equator, saw a shrunken head, and went out for a fancy dinner!

First night in Quito. Terrific restaurant and amazing hotel. Now off to the Cloud Forest!

We made it! Long travel day. Checked into our hotel and are now eating some authentic Ecuadorean food.

“Craft” in place of write, for example, “I will craft a response”
“Film” in place of movie, for example, “such an incredible film”.
