Philosophical question: if Spurs in fact go down, when is St. Totteringham‘s Day? the day they go down? the first day of next year’s season? or every day until they come back up?

An answer to a question that became a speech of intelligence and grace - I’m full of admiration for this man. youtube.com/watch?v=fuVM...

Now we’re Iranians
These are such great shirts!
They are the bomb…bought my first Funkadelic in 1980 from a four-for-a-dollar bin and it changed my life
Long-time homeowners get very out of touch with market rents. I try to put it in context this way, at least in Princeton. The average property tax bill is 20,000 year, or around 1,600 a month, and you haven’t even started paying for the building yet.
@dieworkwear.bsky.social Traveling to London, England for a week. Can you recommend any shops or neighborhoods to explore for pants, shirts, sport coats that I can wear to work in the US and feel…moderately stylish? Hats too?
Amusing but terrifying to envision a Mitt Romney future for Vance

“…this sort of centre-half left-back dude, marauding around the pitch like some kind of stallion in a horse disco looking to attract the mare of his dreams.”
Genius writing!

"The men were on their way to work at a landscaping company Thursday morning when they were detained, according to family members of some of those detained". So, these are the guys who knock themselves out to make Princeton lawns prim for the wealthy folks who live here... www.nj.com/mercer/2025/...
Would be interesting if a local reporter could track down the landscaping firm that employed them. Do they have any comment? Better yet, track down the homeowners who benefited from their labor. Ask them what they think about the people who tended their yards being imprisoned?
Looking forward to your new work…selfishly invested in your mental health :-)

You'd think billionaires would have enough dough to feel safe...you wonder what exactly their anxieties are that they'd undermine democratic principles to relieve their cares.
Regular annual thing...it's very cool to walk that road at night when the amphibians are relocating...
This is so perfect. We should learn from it.
It’s good :-) been there twice
Grew up there. Hard confirm :-)
Suicide by God apparently doesn’t work lol
The latest crash reports from Princeton are in ... yet again, two pedestrians were struck by cars while in the crosswalk last month. In both cases, drivers told police they hadn't seen them. Also, a bicyclist was struck while in the crosswalk but New Jersey law dictates the biker was at fault.
Honing the set piece threat is a completely legitimate way to punish teams for playing in a low block against us.
If you’re going to insist on playing close to your own goal, you’re going to play a price.
If you don’t like us getting lots of corners, come out to play…
Hey … former winter workshop attendee here 👋🏻
Randomly assigned an air quality impacts of transportation paper in grad school - classmate mentioned Peter Calthorpe to me and I couldn’t believe there was a job where you could plan growth around transit :-).
