The world is incredibly chaotic and everything is sort of terrible these days, but my wife and I have a beautiful new daughter that we love very much, so that’s pretty cool.

While I have a fair few (well-founded, in my opinion) issues with Chris Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy, I gotta say that Batman Begins still stands as a pretty damn good movie and a solid Batman story.

We’ve got about a month (maybe less?) until Charliebug is born and I’m curious as whether or not any of you parents out there have any recs for parenting apps?

I don’t remember the last video game that I stayed up until 3ish in the morning playing. I’ve now done that with Indiana Jones and the Great Circle more than a few times. The story is fantastic, the gameplay is excellent, and I really and truly feel like I’m playing through one of the movies!

Regardless of how good the trip is and how comfortable the hotels we stay in are, nothing beats coming home and being in our own bed in our own house.

I’ve now logged 2 or 3 hours into Indiana Jones and the Great Circle and, let me tell you, beating fascists senseless is VERY cathartic.

The true meaning of Christmas is coming home after spending several hours with family and getting BACK into your favorite sweatpants.

SUPER cool that I got a pay raise at work and then my hours IMMEDIATELY got cut. During our “busy” season, too. Love that for me.

I just want a remastered Guitar Hero collection with a new guitar controller for the current generation of consoles. I don’t feel like that’s a lot to ask for.
