I can do almost every calculation in my head. If there’s a weird order or a drug I’m not super familiar with I’ll do it by hand (or on a calculator), but it’s a pretty quick thing. This is not high level math at all. If you made it through middle school you really shouldn’t have any problems
If you can’t calculate medicine doses you don’t need to be involved in patient care. Had a dosage calculation exam every semester in nursing school and if you didn’t get 100% you got booted from the program. It’s not hard
