More good news on investments in our community! At yesterday's Skippack Twp meeting, we highlighted a $1.1 million state grant for a bridge replacement along Perkiomen Creek Rd & a trail improvement project, improving safety & ensuring we continue to enjoy our natural resources.
We met with East Norriton Township officials to celebrate a $420,668 state grant that will be used to purchase public works and emergency response vehicles. I'm grateful to the Shapiro Admin for supporting the township's ongoing efforts to keep our community safe!
Good news! Montgomery County – Norristown Public Library was awarded a $750,000 state grant! The funding will go toward structural, mechanical, and accessibility upgrades. These renovations will ensure our community has access to an accessible, enjoyable building!

We participated in a listening session at KenCrest, which provides services to support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in our community. We learned about the many services they provide and the challenges facing direct support providers.

My fellow Montgomery County legislators and I visited the Valley Forge Tourism Convention Board in King of Prussia to learn how Valley Forge Tourism will use grant funding from the state budget for this year’s America250 festivities.
