Purple rain on the guardian weather
Ten years later I still love this guardian tribute to Prince
When even The Guardian mixes up 'have' and 'of' then all hope is lost
No small amount of satisfaction derived from the organising.
Oh my goodness, Corrinne, that’s amazing! So pleased, well done xx
What a naysayer.
A black and white photo of a woman sitting on the back of a crocodile/alligator (I don’t know which, is there even a difference?) with a massive megaphone

I think I’ve eaten a mouldy raspberry.

A picture of a rather dilapidated copy of "The picture of Dorian Gray" There is visible water damage to the cover and the plastic cover is yellowing. Obviously, not evident from the picture but there is a truly foul musty smell emanating from it!
Last week, a gentleman returned this rather dilapidated copy of this famous book to us after 50 years. He had found it in his attic!
Presumably this means there is a pristine copy somewhere in our libraries....
