Today, as we both sat in slow traffic, someone beeped at me and motioned for me to roll my window down.
So, I do, and she says “I’m sorry about your dad!” (She had seen my bumper sticker that says “please let me merge, my dad is dead”)
I laughed and thanked her. It was a sweet little moment.
