Just finished The Goblin Universe by Ted Holiday.
This was a book with some interesting concepts about the paranormal and cryptids undermined by the authorβs own fears of them and a chapter long polemic against Darwinism. 3.5 stars.
My cats didnβt pay attention to this one.

Just finished The Geomagician by Jennifer Mandula. This was overall a fun historical fantasy read, but the writing in the second half did get a bit choppy. 4.25 stars.

Whyβs he healing Epstein? π
Like I assumed from outside osmosis that he was a leading figure in the Syndicate and this is showing heβs pretty low on the totem pole and his standing can easily be jeopardized.
X Files Season 3 is making it clear I overestimated the Cigarette Smoking Man because heβs managed to botch attempting to kill the leads and recover the tape they got so badly heβs melting down at Walter Skinner for hinting he knows where it is because he knows heβs on thin ice.
Maybe we should not be allied with the country that calls its military operations things like this but maybe Iβm just a self-hating Jew.
Took me like 4 hours to beat him.
Purple cover of Strange Buildings featuring some drawings of buildings
Just finished Strange Buildings by Uketsu. This sequel to Strange Houses keeps up the compelling blueprint-based mysteries and darkness, but is even more complex a story than the original. 4.25 stars.

A grey tabby cat rubs against the corner of the book

Little Dipper enjoyed rubbing it.

Reconstructionist and Reform Jewish communities are especially Democratic, but even Conservative Jewish voters lean pretty solidly Dem and Orthodox Jews are only slightly R skewing.
There are Jewish Republicans (mainly hardline Zionists) but the Jewish community overall is consistently Democrat-data shows Jewish voters were more strongly Democrat than any demographic group save African-Americans.
You arenβt going to convince them theyβre wrong by calling them stupid but most of them are too evil and stupid to admit they were wrong anyway so itβs kind of a moot point.
One trip to Starbucks costs me about $10, which her in CA isβ¦less then two gallons of gas.

Just finished The Secret Commonwealth of Elves, Fauns and Fairies by Robert Kirk.
This is a good primary source of folklore and the intro links it to 1800βs psychical research, even if its age can make it harder to read. 4 stars.
My cats liked how it smelled and felt to rub.

Doing this and moving the water there somewhere else
Same energy.
Screenshot of a section of the entry for SCP-3002 where the SCP Foundation seeks other groupsβ aid in combatting SCP-3002 but all groups either donβt respond, are compromised or are unable/unwilling to assist containment
Same energy.

Just finished The Comfy Cozy Witchyβs Guide to Making Magic in your Everyday Life by Jennie Blonde.
This is a good if not groundbreaking beginnerβs guide I gave 4.25 stars.
Despite it being a library read, my cats were disinterested in it.

I do think litigating stuff like this while necessary to a degree is frustrating because it is quite obvious that a lot of people claiming thereβs widespread fraud believe this because a lot of legitimate voters are the kind of people they donβt think can be period.
Donβt worry the modern manosphere already boycotts shake shack for being woke (not serving raw meat).
I have tried to but I suck at dream recall. π I canβt recall any dream from the last three weeks.

If the clip wasnβt here to prove it, I would believe it if someone told me he said this. Feels too blatantly satirical.
The cover of A SCHEME OF HEAVEN: THE HISTORY OF ASTROLOGY AND THE SEARCH FOR OIR DESTINH IN DATA by Alexander Boxer. The text is in front of a white and gold star map
A tabby cat and a black cat ignore this book
Just finished A Scheme of Heaven by Alexander Boxer.
This was a detailed overview of the history of astrology that handled the topic skeptically yet respectfully. It was a bit dry to read. 4 stars.
My cats were disinterested in this one.

Bigfoot is a technically extinct hominid species that had the ability to travel through time and space Γ la the creatures in the cult TV series Primeval.
I am very much convinced if a terrorist attack with the same death toll as 9/11 had occurred but been done by far right guys the mainstream GOP position 25 years on would be βit was a long time ago get over it.β
