I haven't been at the airport in a long time but you can try to get the card from news stands or 7 eleven at the airport. The airport concierge might be able to help.

For touch and go cards, there's two kinds, one that reloads via a kiosk only at stations and another is reloadable via an app.

You can get a touch and go card that is usable for trains and buses. I would think they should have them at the airport. Another way is to get the MRT/LRT tokens from the dispensers.
