Earlier today at the Consulate of Mexico in L.A., the family of Jose Guadalupe Ramos-Solano shared some words about his recent passing while in custody at the Adelanto ICE Processing Center.

His wife spoke briefly in Spanish about the inhumane and painful conditions of her late husband’s death.
