I picked up this book when it was offered for free on Amazon and after reading this and her East Coast Hockey series, I cannot wait to read more from Kristen Granata!

I loved how they both cared so much for their students & did what they could to make sure that their animosity didn’t negatively impact the kids.
Outside of school, they were both dealing with some challenging family situations which really made these characters feel more real.
When they both show up for the first day of school, him the new principal and her a teacher, he sees an opportunity to not only get back his family's heirloom, but also exact some revenge.
The dedication to their prank wars had me laughing the whole way through the book.
Freshly divorced Raegan was forced by her friends to go out and celebrate being single. After hooking up with a hot guy at the bar, she is riding high.
Jaxon cannot believe that the woman he just hooked up with stole his grandmother’s ring before sneaking out of his place.
I was so psyched to check off my first book from my Signed with Spice reading list. I don't have much time before the event in May and I am determined to read books from as many attending authors as I can before then!
Peaches and Pucks brings the spice, but also all the feels as Harry and Darius figure out how to be partners on and off the ice.

Valentine’s Slay was the final novella in The Improbable Meet-Cute: Second Chances collection. This story brought the dark romcom vibes and heat that Navessa Allen is known for. This fast paced story kept me on my toes and was the perfect way to wrap up my Valentine’s Day themed reading.
Add in a shitty ex and his older, more successful brother who has been in love with her since they were young and you have a great story!

Death to Valentine’s Day was novella number 5 in The Improbable Meet-Cute: Second Chances collection. While all of these novellas were based around a love story, this romance also added a locked room mystery to mix things up!
Years later, they run into one another on Valentine’s Day which is Rory’s last day in the city before moving home. They quickly had to decide if it was just one perfect day or the start of something real.

Second Act Romance was the third novella in The Improbable Meet-Cute: Second Chances collection. This was the shortest novella in the collection, but packed a dramatic punch that was sweet and funny.

Georgia and Callum had a super cute and witty email correspondence before Georgia and her sisters took the trip from Toronto to England to meet Callum and his family as well as learn about the woman who was their grandmother's true love.
Time Will Tell was the second novella in The Improbable Meet-Cute: Second Chances collection. I really enjoyed that this was not a story about a typical long distance relationship. What started off as a mission from her recently passed grandmother, turned into a love story through generations.

Accidentally Yours is the first novella in The Improbable Meet-Cute: Second Chances collection. This was a fun story to start with. From the first chapter I was laughing at the insanity of the situation and that is what made it a fun read all the way through!
TurboTax estimated it would take me 54 minutes to do my taxes at 10pm...it's 1am and I just finished...I hate it here 🙃
I loved how Rose and Danni's relationship grew from friendship and had me rooting for them even when they were making less than stellar decisions.

Nobody in Particular had been on my TBR since last year when it was first released, so I was very excited to finally get it from the library! Even though this was a story about high schoolers, they had all lived a lot of life already and had lots of secrets, trauma, and ongoing challenges to face.
After 15 hockey romances, it was time to switch things up. Nobody in Particular is a YA novel about a princess and a scholarship student who attend an elite high school. The girls are fast friends, but when their friendship grows into a romantic relationship, they must keep it a secret.
The pattern listing says it's an "intermediate level" pattern, but looking at the listed skills, I can tell you that there are lots of great videos out there that can help with them! I strongly believe that anyone can knit if they want to and this would be an incredibly worthy project!
This was also the first book in the series without a story line to connect it to the first 2, so could for sure stand on its own outside the series. The set up for the 4th book has me anxiously waiting for its announcement!

I loved Celeste and Lincoln so much! They complemented one other so well & how they used their skills to support one another was so sweet.

Celeste is a talented musician, but her social anxiety often holds her back. Lincoln has all of the people skills, but his struggles with focus are putting his future at risk.
That is amazing! I've never actually worked for a big company. I keep ending up at smaller places or tech "teenagers" (not quite startups anymore, but not full blown). WFH is great, but I don't need to scare my neighbors 😬
I would love to do a scream day in the park! Community stress relief haha!
When I was in college they used to do this thing called the "primal scream." Everyone would gather outside the library the night before finals started and just let out the loudest scream they could to release some stress. I really wish there was a time/place this was appropriate as an adult.
