#Unconference alert! π
Happy to announce #Synbiopunk BioDeveloper Unconference is coming back!
π
Aug 6-8 πBeijing, China
It isn't just talks. It's your agenda, diving deep into real challenges! It will also brings #Bio together with #AI, #SaaS, #Robotics, #Crypto, #Food, #China, #Edtech & more!
Heading to #SynBioBeta 2025! π After 2 years sponsoring, excited to attend just to learn & connect this time. Less booth duty = more science time! π
Want to chat about #bioprogramming, #biocomputing #AI π»π§¬ & how to get deep tech to market faster?
DM me! Let's connect!!!!

What another amazing day for AI for bio! 𧬠On the tech progress side: Google released AI Co-Scientist paper, Arc Institute & NVIDIA just released Evo2 paper.
Could AI also help us to find better business models for biotech industry? See Chat Part 2 with DeepSeek AI Deepseek R1.

May the future of superintelligence embodied in living form? π€
I chatted with @deepseek.bsky.social R1 about the potential of building ASI on biological substrates. π€―
𧬠The response is fascinating. #syntheticbiology #AI #ASI #bioprogramming

I am surprised how come the reviewer did not ask to change this title. It's one thing to publish a cool work with nice advertising titles as a technical report on your own website or some media. Peer-reviewed journal should be at least scientifically correct.
Maybe...there is a better host out there than E. coli
Cool. looking forward to this!
Hello Bluesky π€
Our very first post is about our recent paper in Nucleic Acids Research: so-called PUN motifs are repetitive elements enabling proteins to catalyze #RNA folding and RNA-dependent #condensate formation ( #LLPS). 15% of human proteins contain 3 or more PUN motifs. See bit.ly/4fZ3f54.
Curious about whether longer repeats could be different? When we worked with CAG repeats, 5 seems to be a very small number to undergo LLPS (although we do not have cationic peptides in place either).
π Molecules with two faces (or phases) are nature's secret to creating biological order!
𧬠Dive into my latest article about how to design phase-separating molecules from scratch to form biocondensates

Here comes my first post: a deep dive into why modularity is the secret sauce in building cellular structures. Think LEGO bricks, but for biology! π§¬
