Did you know #TikTok added the right to alter your videos with AI for promotional purposes, unless you opt out...on EVERY SINGLE VIDEO separately? I may delete the account and start over, or just leave totally. Never made an impact there either.

Actually there has been a shift in my home county system as well. (The neighbors honor my card) They recently posted big signs that say you can only go in with a reservation and only stay for two hours a day. Which is good...I think parties had been reserving 6 hours+ and not showing up.

This library recently changed its study room from a one hour limit to a two hour limit, which helps. I am almost never done in an hour, but rarely stay longer than two. #LCPL

It is one less content creation to worry about I suppose, and it may free up part of my imagination for other projects. And a direct "about me" kind of presence is probably more in line with the times these days anyway. Still, I will miss the essays. I may find another venue for them some day.

I shift the everyday just a few inches... - Ty Unglebower Perhaps that's because as a Level One Autistic (diagnosed as an adult) I've always lived a few inches from the everyday, even before I realized it.

After about 20 years in various formats attempting to blog and write for an online audience without success, I gave it up. It has been a tough decision to set aside something that I tried hard to make a part of my success. But now I have clean landing page with book purchase links!

Then hopefully B.A. will run the A-Team van right through his office wall any minute now.

A person that does not have a learning disability, (and I define that in many different ways) that refuses to learn how to do more for themselves at a place like the library is just lazy, and monopolizing the time of a professional.

Inner Critic Blues You know you struggle with an inner critic issue when you wonder if you SOLO table top RPG arcs are worthy of existing. Yes, me. It has gotten better in the several years that I have been exploring…

Whereas I usually write novels, and need to find a way to kick my own ass enough to write more short stories for submission. I just cannot get over that hump for some reason.

is a DM on here the private one? Or just any mention/shout out to another user? I am never sure when it comes to a "No DMs" account what is in play or not.

Something has been bothering my sinuses for weeks now. Never used so many tissues in one winter before. I have vacuum, changed cat litter, stopped a certain beverage I was trying, double checked my detergents, dried my clothes ASAP after washing them...no clue.

FYI, if I follow back, and you unfollow, you are blocked. and I will likely then mention your handle on my feed so nobody else wastes their time like I did. Thanks.

My view on eating right and such is that if you get a gift card to a junk food place, you still use it. When's it's gone it's gone, but you didn't choose this life.

"His story should not be told"

I literally have no idea if the thoughts, advice, or observations I have can be of any use to anyone else. I don't make money from this, I just like to share and engage with like minded people.

The process is not always enough. Writers and other artists are told to embrace the process, but what if we need more than just our own personal productivity to sustain us? I ponder it.

I have, however, started writing more on the creative process again, as per my recent link. #writing

Sometimes writing really is about the readers, and if you have none, or if they are not served by the work, it stops. I had been writing as weekly #grief post in wake of my mother's death, but as it reached/aided almost nobody, and because it is a heavy lift at times, I opted not to continue.

Respect the Writing Process, But… “Honoring the process,” is either a mantra in the world of the artist, or a cliche, depending on one’s perspective. Perhaps it alternates. One thing is clear; this exhortation is …
