Why does Paul now say that followers of Jesus can cry “Abba, Father?” Why does he use the Aramaic term, Abba?

Because that is what Jesus called God, the Father and now through Jesus‘s death and resurrection and His righteousness, we can call God the same word that Jesus called Him.
