Been looking over classifications such as this for years. This would be a highly to moderately western biased classification, the Rockerfeller name telling much. Haven't done this research for a while, but German Watch comes to mind. What's in the index?????????? Money for sure.

Agreed. Much history shows the ineptitude of the human species. I spent two decades as an urban analyst quantifying the extend of our planetary overshoot. People will talk endlessly about making 'progress', but when in the total measurement, clearly the 'progress' measures in as insignificant.
