As for the second question determining a definitive biggest baby is kinda like trying to power scale who’s the strongest.

So in the spirit of marvel I will answer with a play on a classic quote, the biggest baby will always be whoever the writer wants it to be. But Emma Frost may be a safe bet

There are a lot that I’m looking forward to exploring but the one I’m proudest of is my take on Vibranium and how it can store its own form of memories to the point that it can capture a spiritual copy of a person if they handle it long enough

To clarify, while this world itself isn’t AB-coded it is the setting for many forseeable diaper-related episodic misadventures. But before that Earth 124-12 had a fairly normal super heroic past with many similar events to the comics spread out across recent history
