A New Law Voids IDs of Transgender Kansans. It Also Threatens Their Voting Access. Kansas Republicans barred trans residents from getting licenses that reflect their gender identity and canceled existing IDs. The move also risks blocking their access to the polls.

A new Kansas law greatly impedes trans peoples’ access to the polls.

“It is making it unsafe for trans people to even be in Kansas,” says the chair of the Kansas Democratic Party’s LGBTQ caucus.

"I don't want to happen but it probably will" is classic abuser language: "look what you made me do." Except it's not on the scale of a household, but of a nation of 90 million and millennia of civilization.....

The President is openly threatening genocide. A crime against humanity. He must be removed from office.

The 25th Amendment must be invoked. If not, Congress has to do our damn job. Speaker Johnson, call us into session. War powers & impeachment. Remove this man from office.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff must disregard any such military orders that violate federal and international law.

Republicans in Congress can't hide anymore: we must consider all options – including impeachment – to stop Trump.

I know this and you know this and we all know this but sometimes you gotta say the obvious thing out loud (so to speak) just so you don’t feel alone or crazy: our president is a deeply unwell and utterly vile man who shouldn’t be in charge of driving a golf cart much less the free world.
