Which is your favorite?
Writing for me is like breathing. I don't think I can live without it.
What is writing like for you?

I love Fablehaven and the Spiderwick Chronicles!
Tiny bookshops. Finally had the time to finish it.
Lovely art from Valentine Backer that I enjoy everyday.
My job is just books. π
Great time at @emeraldcitycon.bsky.social this weekend, but goodness am I tired! Thanks to my booth mates Brittany Tucker and Robin Jeffrey. I am so lucky to be surrounded by amazing women and fantastic authors.
Nature is honest.
Nature can't gaslight you.
Unless it's the weather
in Washington State.
She lies.
Reminder:
There are people who will celebrate your success and others who are waiting to comment on your failures.
Be careful with who you let in your life. Has this happen to you?

Middle-grade a hard sell? Lets not forget what books made us a reader in the first place.
Here are the #mglit books that made me:
Alice in Wonderland

The Chronicles of Narnia
The Hobbit
The Secret Garden

The ugly side of book releases.
1. Wonky sleep schedule. I'm just now getting a routine back
2. Forgetting to eat!
3. All weekends taken up by book events.
4. Marketing. (Enough said)

I am βοΈediting my stand alone for writing month instead of writing.
A page a day. π
Today, I finished editing the 20th page of the book. Just 10 more to go.π
I would love to either celebrate or grieve anyone else's progress. π If you want to vent or brag I am here for you.

Welcome Alice!
You're my people!
I adore this. π
For writing month this year I decided to edit my stand alone. I gave myself the goal of 30 pages. I think I can exceed it. Does anyone else have a writing goal?
