It’s also why there are more and more plant based businesses closing or switching to now offering meat. It’s part of a larger shift in this weird MAHA influencer health trends backed by animal ag lobbies

They move with trends widely and now that plant based meat is on the decline in popularity with people who don’t already eat like that places are upcharging because they don’t sell as often or just dropping them entirely. There’s so many ways to make vegan food extremely cheap but they won’t

It is much more rare to find a place that serves plant based meats with regular meats that cook them on a separate cooktop, this is not the issue
